Moments from my professional life

My story

From mechatronics to AI systems.

My engineering background took shape where hardware and software meet. At university, I worked on rocket projects, founded a robotics community, and organised technical workshops. Alongside circuits and code, I became interested in how a team builds things together.

At Turkish Technology, I started working on RPA and document processing. Alongside development, testing, and maintenance, I worked on keeping the underlying infrastructure running. I now bring that experience to ANSER’s agent infrastructure and product development.

My work today spans AI architecture, enterprise integrations, user experience, and communicating technical progress. In my master’s research, I study the relationship between digital transformation and business performance, including how organisations adopt AI.

Applied AI Engineer

I work as an Applied AI Engineer at the Associate II level at Turkish Technology. I carry my RPA and IDP background into the productization of agentic AI platforms such as ANSER, taking technical ownership across product and engineering layers, from agent infrastructure design to executive communication.

Master’s Degree

I am pursuing a thesis-based master's degree in Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Management at YTU. My thesis examines how digital transformation success affects business performance and the role AI adoption maturity plays in that relationship.

How I work

Turning an idea into something that works.

Make decisions with evidence

I use comparisons, tests, and usage outcomes to choose an approach. The reasoning behind a decision matters as much as the implementation.

Simplify

I question both what a system needs and what it no longer needs to carry. Removing unnecessary steps is part of development.

Think beyond delivery

I follow maintenance, adoption, and how the work is communicated. Engineering and communication develop together.

Team

Building together

At Istanbul Ticaret University, I founded the Robotics Community. We organised practical workshops on circuit design, Arduino, C, and motor control. Alongside small lab sessions, we hosted industry speakers at events attended by hundreds of students.

As team lead on our vertical landing rocket project, I followed task allocation, manufacturing, purchasing, and the competition schedule alongside technical decisions. Later at Turkish Technology, we brought together a team of four for LUMA and won the Best Cross-Platform Integration award at UiPath AgentHack 2025.

Communication

Communicating the work

I also take responsibility for communicating engineering work. On the “Neler Yapıyor Bu Robotlar?” newsletter, I worked across content, visual editing, distribution, and engagement measurement. Automating the preparation process became part of the work too.

Today, that communication also covers ANSER and internal AI developments. I turn technical progress into management presentations and regular updates, working on how the narrative, content, and visual presentation fit together.

Research

Making technology work within an organisation

I completed the coursework for my master’s in Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Management at Yıldız Technical University with a 4.00/4.00 GPA. My thesis examines digital transformation success and business performance, including the role of AI adoption maturity.

Management support, digital capabilities, and knowledge sharing are among my research variables. While my professional work involves developing and operating systems, my academic work examines their relationship with the organisation. The problem-solving and communication approaches I studied through McKinsey Forward also inform this learning process.

With an agent idea, I don’t have to design the whole system first. I can choose one task and build a small experiment.

Testing an idea with a small prototype, gathering early feedback, and choosing the next step based on concrete results.

I used proofs of concept to bring my RPA and IDP experience into agent workflows. I start by making a specific task work, then examine where the approach helps and where it needs to change.

Building high-impact teams by aligning diverse strengths around a shared objective.

Founding the robotics community, coordinating the rocket team, and bringing the LUMA team together involved creating space for collaboration alongside engineering.

On ANSER, I work on agent infrastructure and enterprise tool integrations. I care about the tools a model uses and how its results are evaluated as well as its answers.

Systems Thinking

Decomposing complex systems while preserving the relationships that drive real behavior.

Applications, infrastructure, security, and user experience affect one another. Coordinating across teams on ANSER means considering these connections together.

Calibrated Risk

Making disciplined, data-backed bets by balancing upside potential and operational risk.

Trying an approach at a small scale, comparing results, and then expanding its scope is how I connect investigation with implementation.

Learning Agility

Questioning what I know, connecting different disciplines, and putting new knowledge into practice.

I build on my experience across mechatronics, rocket projects, RPA, and AI systems through my master’s studies in management and my technical writing.
