ASSOCIATE II – AI ENGINEER
As an AI Engineer at Turkish Technology, I contribute to the enterprise shift from RPA/IDP capabilities toward agentic AI platforms such as ANSER. I work across agent harness design, enterprise MCP integrations, OpenShift runtime design, on-prem LLM coordination, operational visibility, and executive communication, bridging product and engineering responsibilities.
ASSOCIATE II
I am now extending my enterprise automation experience into the productization of agent infrastructure through ANSER. I take active technical ownership across product and engineering layers, from UX decisions and MCP integrations to OpenShift runtime design, on-prem LLM coordination, and executive communication.

Data Market
MACHINE LEARNING RESEARCH INTERN
In my first year at university, I worked on a predictive maintenance problem at Data Market, a company in the Microsoft partner ecosystem. While researching machine learning approaches for forecasting failures, bottlenecks, and maintenance needs from large-scale operational data, I focused on understanding how I could read the data sources, shape feature engineering decisions, and structure model selection and evaluation steps.

I completed the coursework phase of my master's program with a 4.00/4.00 GPA and am currently at the thesis stage. My research examines how digital transformation success affects business performance and how AI adoption and usage maturity shapes that relationship, with a focus on variables such as management support, digital competencies, and knowledge sharing.
